Delivering Quality IT Solutions
The Division of Biology and Medicine is supported by a team of Information Technology Support Consultants (ITSCs) as a part of the University's Office of Information Technology (OIT). BioMed IT Support Consultants work closely with other teams in OIT to provide coordinated access to computing resources.

- For urgent issues requiring immediate resolution, email Brown Help Desk at HELP@brown.edu or call the Service Center 401-863-4357 for immediate triage.
